Our Contract
These terms and conditions govern
the supply of service provided by
Dentec Scotland Limited to the
customer named on the order form;
together with the completed order
form these Terms and Conditions
constitute the entire and only
agreement between us in relation
thereto. Our acceptance of your
order and your permission to start
work constitutes a legally binding
contract between both Dentec
Scotland and you the customer.
Variations to these Terms and
Conditions will only be valid if
they are agreed in writing between
the parties, with a date from which
the variations take effect.
Price and Payment
The price payable for the service
you request is as set out at the
time you place your order, if paying
by credit card or debit cards a 5%
surcharge is applied automatically.
We must receive payment for the
whole order and any applicable
charges as soon as the job is
completed. VAT may be charged where
applicable to any fees due.
Account Customers Only – Where
Dentec Scotland Limited have a prior
Service Level Agreement in place
(SLA) Our payment terms are
strictly 30 days of date of
invoice. The customer agrees to
pay the amount calculated according
to the completed order and VAT may
be applicable in addition to any fee
due.
Liability
All work undertaken is under
guarantee by Dentec Scotland Limited
and Spies Hecker.
Should any paintwork issues arise,
contact with Dentec should be made
at your earliest convenience in
order to rectify the problem.
We will not
be liable to you for loss of profit,
administration inconvenience,
disappointment indirect or
consequential loss of damages
arising out of any problems in
relation to the service job
completed. We shall accept no
liability to pay money to you by way
of compensation other than a refund.
This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer, nor is it
intended to exclude our liability to
you for fraudulent
misrepresentation.

Alterations
No alterations to these Terms and
Conditions shall have effect unless
confirmed in writing by one of our
Company Directors. These terms are
governed by law of England, Wales
and Scotland and are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts
of England, Wales and Scotland.
